Suwon Samsung Bluewings defeated FC Seoul in the Super Final of 2016 FA Cup

On November 27, Suwon won over FC Seoul 2-1 with Yeom Ki-hun and Jonathan's goal. Having secured an advantageous position, Suwon will be able to lift the FA trophy with a draw in the second leg.
Suwon started a game with 3-4-3 formation. Jonathan took the sole striker role. Seoul played 4-3-3 formation putting Dejan on the front line. Suwon controlled the game from the early stage of the game. Seoul looked shaky with Suwon's aggressive approach.
In the 15', Jonathan scored an opening goal of the game. Yeom delivered a ball from a corner kick and Lee Sangho headed the ball. Jonathan was there and the Brazilian beat FC Seoul goalkeeper Yoo Hyun with a powerful shot.

In the 65', Seoul put Adriano as a last resort. Despite his presence, Seoul had difficulties in finding a goal. Suwon goalkeeper denied FC Seoul several times.
The first leg of the 2016 FA cup ended 2-1 to Suwon. Suwon would be able to secure the title if they managed just a draw on December 3. The FA Cup winner will get a ticket to 2017 AFC Champions League as well.
